These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Cogrion’s publicly available websites that link to them (the “Sites”). Customer access to and use of Cogrion’s products and services are governed by the applicable Order, Master Cloud Services Agreement and other documents incorporated into the Order.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing a Site, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you use a Site for an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation. You must not use a Site if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
2. Permitted use
Subject to these Terms, Cogrion grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to view the Sites and download materials expressly made available for download, solely for legitimate personal or internal business purposes. No other right or licence is granted.
3. Cogrion content
The Sites, including their software, text, graphics, interfaces, videos, documentation, trademarks and arrangement, are owned by or licensed to Cogrion and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, scrape, frame, mirror or create derivative works from Site content except as expressly permitted by Cogrion or applicable law.
4. Submissions and feedback
Information submitted through a sales, support, event, recruitment or contact form will be handled for the stated purpose and under the Privacy Notice. Do not send confidential information through a general website form. If you voluntarily provide product feedback, Cogrion may use it without restriction or payment, provided Cogrion does not publicly identify you without permission.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Use the Sites unlawfully, fraudulently or to infringe another person’s rights.
- Attempt unauthorised access, vulnerability testing, password mining or circumvention of access controls.
- Introduce malware or interfere with the operation, security or availability of the Sites.
- Use automated means to scrape, index or extract Site content at unreasonable volume or for an unauthorised commercial purpose.
- Misrepresent identity or affiliation, or use Site content to imply Cogrion’s endorsement without permission.
6. Third-party links
The Sites may link to third-party websites or services for convenience. Cogrion does not control and does not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content, availability, security or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The Sites and their content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cogrion disclaims implied warranties relating to the Sites, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Site content is general information and is not professional advice or a binding product commitment. Product features and availability may change.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cogrion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of the Sites. Cogrion’s aggregate liability arising from the Sites will not exceed SGD 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Suspension
Cogrion may restrict access to a Site where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or suspected violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Singapore law, excluding conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating solely to use of the public Sites. This Section does not replace the dispute-resolution terms applicable to contracted Services.
11. Changes and contact
Cogrion may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and effective date. Continued use after the revised version is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Questions may be sent to admin@cogrion.com.
